We work together to achieve your long-term dental goals, to give you a good foundation to your dental health and arm you with the knowledge to help keep it. We're part of the community and our patients' health matters to us. Dr. Collins has been practicing at this location for thirty years. Tyra, our Dental Assistant, has been with our practice for more than twenty years, Leslie, the Office Manager for eighteen years and our Hygenist, Dawn, for five years.

Our practice is a preferred provider for United Concordia, Delta Dental and Federal Blue Cross/Blue Shield. We accept most insurance carriers that permit out-of-network provider care. We're happy to work with you and your insurance carrier to arrange care for you.
